Keith went above and beyond to ensure my brother and I bought a beautiful home in San Antonio. I am a veteran and utilized the VA home loan. It was great to work with Keith, who is also a veteran and is knowledgeable on the VA home loan and other veteran benefits associated with buying a home. Keith is a former home inspector, and his expertise helped us buy a home from a reliable builder. He explained in detail the different building structure types. He also explained and made recommendations on maintaining a good foundation. Keith was always available to answer any questions we had, providing fast responses, and explained things easy to understand. Keith ensured we received a good interest rate, good price, and full appliance package! All in all, Keith made the home buying process stress-free. His professionalism and kind personality provided excellent service.

Would HIGHLY recommend using them as your realtors! They took excellent care with sending comps, viewing houses and sending videos (military and moving from out of state), very polite and courteous as well as ensuring all questions are answered. Negotiated well and helped with understanding basic housing questions (our first house! Lots of questions). Very knowledgeable about the local market. We saw over 30 homes and each video was done professionally and in a courteous manner. We would send house addresses we wanted to see and videos would come quickly. Highly recommend them!

Keith listed the house on July 11th and on July 12th (less than 12 hours later) we got an offer above asking price. We closed Aug 12th. That is an impressive time frame for selling a house.
